How can you return a defective item?
We offer two methods for returning a defective item:
- Visit our Outlets
- Through the Speed Post Service of the Government Post Office
It will be easier for both you and us if you choose the first method. However, if you opt for the second method, please follow the steps below:
Steps for Return via Speed Post:
- Send a Clear Video: If you find a defect in the product, please send us a clear video via WhatsApp showing the issue.
- Mail the Defective Product: The defective product should be sent through the Government Post Office. Please note that the shipping cost of 200 LKR is at your expense. Send it to the following address: QuickSello

Phone: 0787379991 Please send us a WhatsApp message after mailing, and we will provide you with a receipt. - Review and Resolution: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and aim to resolve your issue within a few days.
Exchange and Return Conditions
- Product and Packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging, including the box and all items that came with it.
- No Physical Damage: The product should not have any physical damage such as stretch marks or water marks.
- Receipt Required: You must present the receipt (or E-bill) provided at the time of purchase.
- Warranty Sticker: The warranty sticker on the product should remain intact and undamaged.
- Product Defect Only: We will only accept returns or exchanges for defective products. No returns or exchanges will be made for any personal reasons.
